Questions
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Pay annually if you prefer and you get two months free. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at renewal.
What does the first month cost?
Half. Fifty percent off the first month on any monthly plan, so you can see what the work looks like before committing at full price.
Is the free audit really free?
Yes, and you keep the report whether or not you hire us. It is how we show what we would do rather than telling you.
What if I only want one piece of this?
Every service can be switched on or off independently. If you only want reviews handled, that is Starter. If you want the chat widget and nothing else, we can talk.
Do you lock up my website or my Google profile?
No. Your Google profile is yours and always was — we work on it with manager access you can revoke. Landing pages and templated sites we build are hosted on our infrastructure, which we tell you up front.
How fast does this work?
Review volume moves in weeks. Map-pack rank and organic search move over months, because that is how the underlying systems work. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is selling you something.
